Even though the DOJ and OIG claimed an investigation was ongoing, I attempted to have radiologists external to the VA review them but they're never going to just off the cuff say, "Sure let me take a look at these xrays from an agency outside the hospital for which I work..." Further, I was in communication with a federal criminal investigator for 2 years who spoke, at first, as if his team was going through the VA records, including images, to substantiate my claims. I suggested we go and have me xrayed from head to foot outside the VA so he could have all new imaging at high res that the radiologist associated with that scan series. After two years, the agent disappeared into another agency and the US Attorney who ordered the investigation was moved to a different state, US Attys office. There never was an investigation. State officials, congressmen, my state's medical licensing board all were given the medical imaging in my report and they all fell silent. Law firms mostly work in specific fields like fighting insurance companies in car wrecks. I have yet to find one that works only on the illegally medical device based neural data collection system arena so they always immediately say it's not what we do and we don't want your report. I've shared this data with everyone and anyone I could. When I asked my primary care physician to have an internal radiologist review my chest xrays from a non-VA hospital ER visit she said she would. Then never did. When I brought up the fact that she lied about this she threatened to sick a psychologist on me. Then did. That's when I separated myself from the VA. Without law enforcement doing their job instead of protecting their criminal comrades within the VA from the threat of their crimes being exposed, it's hard to make headway. Also, you can't simply demand new xrays be ordered by a physician, there must be a logical reason and since radiation is involved these scans must be ordered by a physician. When Trump spoke about weaponization of government, I said, "Welcome to the party, pal!" If I had a ton of money to blow, which I don't, I would try and have a radiologist scan me and write his own report and pray to god he hadn't already been paid to write something other than the truth.
